Fantastic Union made chain front top. Polyester lined and has no stretch with a faux crushed velvet type exterior. Really unique. Approx 80s. No brand tag. Union tag is intact with a metal back zipper. Sized as a juniors 13. Would best fit a size 6 to size 8 depending on measurements. Pit width measured flat is 18 in. Might be best as a tunic or micro mini with a length of 31 in. Item should be hand washed due to chain detail. Great for Halloween or goth wear.
